4o Image operates on a credits-based system:

  • Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when generating images or videos
  • Subscriptions provide recurring credits on a monthly or yearly basis
  • One-time purchases provide a fixed amount of credits

Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  1. Technical Issues

    • Service was completely unavailable and you could not use purchased credits
    • Systematic errors prevented generation of any content
    • Payment was processed multiple times for the same purchase
  2. Billing Errors

    • You were charged an incorrect amount
    • You were charged after canceling a subscription (before the billing period)
    • Duplicate charges for the same transaction
  3. Unused Credits (Within 7 Days)

    • You purchased credits but have not used any of them
    • Refund request is made within 7 days of purchase
    • Account is in good standing

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds are generally not provided in these situations:

  1. Used Credits

    • Credits that have already been consumed for generations
    • Partial refunds for partially used credit packages
  2. Dissatisfaction with Results

    • AI-generated outputs that don't meet your expectations
    • Variations in quality based on input images or prompts
    • Creative differences in generated content
  3. Policy Violations

    • Account suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations
    • Fraudulent or abusive behavior
  4. Subscription Cancellations

    • Unused portion of the current billing period after voluntary cancellation
    • Credits remaining after you choose to cancel
  5. Expired Credits

    • Credits that have passed their validity period

How to Request a Refund

Subscription Cancellation

What Happens After Cancellation

  • You retain access to any remaining credits until they expire

  • Unused credits from the current period are not refunded

Yearly Subscriptions

  • Yearly subscriptions are billed annually in advance
  • Early cancellation does not result in a prorated refund
  • You retain access to credits until the subscription period ends
